Every summer theatre festival De Parade travels all over the
Netherlands. This year De Parade will be putting up its tents in the Amsterdam
Martin Luther Kingpark from August 4 till August 20.
De Parade looks a bit like an
old-fashioned fair ground, with a
mixture of
culture, art, theatre and music. And food and drinks
of course! De Parade has been around for 15 years now, the theatre festival
tours to the best squares and parks in Dutch cities.
Have a cold beer or wine on a warm summer night, and hop from one theatre show
to the next comedy performance. Shows can vary from 3 to 60
minutes, and you can buy tickets on the festival terrain. A must for
any theatre lover in Amsterdam!
