This former Dutch Film Academy was squatted on 14th november 1999 and is now legalised. OT301 consists of 2 large performance slash rehearsal spaces, a cinema, café and gallery space with a busy programme of [sub]cultural activities and events. Entrance fees for parties and events only a few euros!
