De Trut holds a very popular underground gay and lesbian dance party every Sunday night. Its location is the basement of a former squat, in the west of Amsterdam. Queue early, since the place often fills up quickly after doors open at 11pm. De Trut is non commercial, which means drinks are cheap and proceeds are donated to good causes.
