The WORST HOSTAL EVER!

I would like to say that I've been traveling around quite enough but I have never experienced such a bad service like at Hotel Annemarie. First of all, it's not a Hotel... It's a rather lousy hostel probably with the worst installations you can find around in Amsterdam. It's dirty, very old, there's water coming from the ceilings when it rains and the service is extremely bad. The guy who runs the business is a real THIEF!!! We were 5 people asking for our refund money at the front desk and he didn't want to pay us back. He takes more money than what you're told when you make the reservation. He even called one of the guests 'BITCH'.
The breakfast is extremely bad and he can even take the dishes out of your hands if you come one minute later than the breakfast schedule.
I would really want to warn you before making any reservation at this Hostal.... Stay away from it!!! Worse, impossible!
