Garden View Bed and Breakfast Amsterdam

Recently opened, Garden View Bed & Breakfast is a 10 minute walk from the train station. A cosy family establishment with two charming rooms: the romantic West and the charming East, both open out onto a balcony overlooking a lush green garden. Continental breakfast is served in the room - For a 3 night weekend, Sunday brunch is served at your convenience.

Complimentary coffee and/or tea is served upon arrival.
EXTRAS: free broadband wireless internet access for guests with laptop/notebook, courtesy museum passes so you don't have to pay entrance fees. We require cash payment upon arrival, plus 5% tourist tax on the balance.

We are situated on a grassy tree lined canal where you can watch rowers practicing their strokes, motor boats and luxury yachts, as well as be entertained by the ducks, the herons and the dog walkers.

Our location is a 7-minute ride by train from Amsterdam Schiphol airport, and we are within easy walking distance from the train station (World Trade Center).

We are nearby the Museumplein where you will find the Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum, and the Concertgebouw. We are also nearby the World Trade Center, the Courts of Justice, the RAI exhibition center, and the Olympic stadium.

MUSEUM PASS: We provide courtesy museum passes allowing our guests free entrance to all museums.

LOCATION: Conveniently located to all public transportation and points of interest.

MEALS: Breakfast is served in the room at your private table. With a 3 night booking, a special breakfast/brunch is available on Sundays at your convenience.

PARKING: Paid parking is readily available in front of our location.

AIRPORT: Easily reached by public transportation, we can also order a taxi for your convenience if you prefer.

INTERNET: Internet is available through our wireless, broadband connection if your laptop/notebook is equipped with a wireless interface.

BATHROOM AMENITIES: The bathroom is stocked with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and handcream.

BOTH ROOMS: Are furnished with TV, DVD or video. We have a small selection of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.

AIRCONDITIONING: Available in the West room.

SMOKING: Allowed ONLY on the balcony.

PAYMENT: The balance due to be paid in cash upon arrival. The balance is EXCLUDING tourist tax of 5% to be added to the balance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
No-show or cancellation less than 3 days prior to arrival, we charge the 1st night to your credit card, plus a handling charge.
